I’m just curious to hear if the devs have thought of/or even maybe considered any long term plans to add support for Artificial Intelligence in SuiteCRM?
The whole CRM market is quickly moving towards this area and SuiteCRM big brother SugarCRM made the move long time ago and A.I. can be a great tool to understand your business better and improve sales, customer relations and so forth…
Not to mention that SuiteCRM would be an even more attractive product to companies out there and existing customers.
This thread is quite old, but sharing in case it helps anyone currently exploring AI with SuiteCRM.
We recently worked on a solution called SuiteAI Insight that integrates AI capabilities directly inside SuiteCRM. It can generate record insights (for Leads, Opportunities, Cases, etc.) and also includes an AI email assistant to help draft or refine emails within the CRM.
