Hey gang, new to Suite CRM and looking for some good tutorial videos on how to use the system in general but also looking for a few specifics.
- General flow and what things mes such as the dif in an account, contact, lead, & opportunity?
- how to add the needed fields for each of the groups above?
- Are there skins we can add to change the appearance
I have been searching and there are some very basic videos out there but not a whole lot. The vidos I have found the dashboard looks different that what we just installed (the newest version) things like the the action button for adding dashlets does not appear. I apologize for the questions but I am new to this.
