When email messages are assigned to a user, they show up in the relationship for the to:/from: recipient, as well as any other manual relationship assignments. (However, the emails do not show up under “User” when viewing the relationships of a message. A bug?) Since maintaining these relationships may be important, and having a user “My Email” folder with potentially 1000’s of messages is not (it’s a real nuisance), add:
- an Archive option in addition to Delete
- where Archived messages disappear from a users My Email folders, but is preserved in relationships
