Archive Emails to Custom Module

Hi All,

I am using SuiteCRM 7.6.4 & have tried Opacus as well SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin.

I am unable to view any emails attached under my custom module. I am able to link the emails from my Outlook 2013, however, it does not show up in the custom module.

I have tried the Opacus as well as the SuiteCRM Outlook plugin. Both the plugins work fine, they are able to identify my custom modules, able to find the record with the email, also inform, the email was linked successfully to the respective record, however, nothing shows up in the history/ activity subpanel.

I am able to link the email from within the SuiteCRM email module.

Please advice what am I missing or what am I doing wrong.

The issue is most likely that there’s not an email address on the record so the relationship most likely doesn’t fully exist and therefore the record is not showing.

Thank you for the reply.

I search for the related record only with the email address. The email address fields are updated, but it still doesn’t work.

Are there any steps you could suggest for me to check?
