Archive Email - Use CC rather than plugin For terminal Services users

Hi All,

I would like my users to be able to attach there emails to customers to our suite crm, the plugin works well on local desktops, the problem is that 90% of my users are on terminal services and thus cannot install or enable the plugin for outlook.

can anyone suggest another way to do this?

I though that inbound email could be setup to do this but looking at it, it looks more based around cases? (or have i misunderstood this? or am i missing somthing)

If we could set it up so that when a user emails a customer they CC in crm@ourdomain.co.uk and it tags it to the record, in reverse to this what happends with incoming mail from the customer?

we have an on site exchange server (exchange 2007) this will be updated to 2016 at some point this year hopefully.
