Archive email doesn't dispaly fron, to , ... addresses

Hi,
we are using SuiteCRM 7.9.4
We tested the outlook plugin but we have an error in the email archived from the plugin, the from and to address is missing.

I already look at the forum and bugfix 3616 suggested work only for email archived from CRM Client, not form the plugin.

The problem is that those data are missing in email_html table.

Where we can look for to try to fix the code?
