Arabic content showing as questions marks

Hi,

I have Arabic names in Leads module, In list view Arabic name shown as ???. How can i solve this problem ?
My suitecrm version is 7.7.8
OS : Ubuntu Linux 16.04

This issue is db export and import problem. I used different tools and solved my problem.
