Is this included in the latest download of SuiteCRM? The product description makes mention of it, but I cannot find the workflow option in the Admin panel. And the documentation makes mention of ‘installing’ the module. So does it still need to be purchased from Sales Agility?

Hi John,

AOW is included as part of SuiteCRM. It is a module in SuiteCRM named ‘Workflow’. If you don’t see it, it may be that it requires to be enabled in Admin -> Display Modules and Subpanels.

I did find it under the ALL menu but initially was expecting to see something in the Admin area along the lines of the other modules.

Hi John,

The ‘Advanced Open Admin’ panel locates some of the Advanced Open modules configurable settings. AOW does not currently have anything configurable from the panel, and as such is not included.
