Hi All,

I’m on 7.0.2 and the Download PDF functionality does not work. I always go back on index.php and no report is generated.

Hi there,

What permissions are set on your instance? Have you tried navigating to Admin -> System Settings -> Configure AJAX User Interface and drag Reports to disabled and save. Then navigate to the Reports module go back to the AJAX configuration and drag Reports back to enabled and save. Does this resolve your issue?
