Hello!
I’ve recently installed suiteCRM and am very impressed. The only problem i’ve getting is that AOP is not sending case emails. Here’s some background info:
- Email settings were tested and sending successfully (test email’s go through)
- I was able to connect my email and choose inbox, trash and sent items. that connection is fine
- I create a contact and account with the my gmail account and then tried sending an email to my suitecrm support email with that email address
- No case gets created, no email goes through.
- I’ve chosen a template in “New Case Auto-Reply Template”
