AOP not sending emails

Hello!

I’ve recently installed suiteCRM and am very impressed. The only problem i’ve getting is that AOP is not sending case emails. Here’s some background info:

  1. Email settings were tested and sending successfully (test email’s go through)
  2. I was able to connect my email and choose inbox, trash and sent items. that connection is fine
  3. I create a contact and account with the my gmail account and then tried sending an email to my suitecrm support email with that email address
  4. No case gets created, no email goes through.
  5. I’ve chosen a template in “New Case Auto-Reply Template”
