When I create a workflow to send an email including $aop_case_updates_description in the email template, only the first word of the update actually gets sent.
So if a user types in “update number one” on a case and hits save, an email is sent to the specified address, but in the description the email only says “update” and the words “number one” are lost.
On the other hand, when AOP sends an email to a contact using the same template, they get the whole update description. I’m completely stumped.
Can anyone reproduce this or is it just me? Any idea why? The placeholder in question is used in both “User Case Update” and “Contact Case Update” email templates.
