AND/OR logic in Reports?

I need to do a report of Open Opportunities (ie: status not closed or lost)
AND Created this year

AND created by: Rep A, or RepB or RepC

I can’t figure out how to do this? I need like a nested “OR” or a multiselect on assigned to I think.

Can I do this with the existing Reports setup? I Guess I could create groups or something?
