Amount of users and imported data from SugarCRM

Hello,

We are currently running SuiteCRM on demand based on a 5-user plan.
As we are migrating from SugarCRM CE, I want to keep my old user data
(to hang onto "Created By’ and “Modified By” information)

Will this incur extra charges as I have now more than 5 users in my system?

Hi Gerrit,

You can have the users in your system as long as they are set to inactive/terminated.

If you have more than 5 active users, we would need to analyse and would contact you accordingly.
