All my labels are gone!

Hey,

I was doing literally nothing important in the suiteCRM when suddenly this happen: (IMAGE).

I checked logs and I didnt found anything weird, so I have no idea how to solve it.

This happens in every module.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that your permissions are correctly set?

Try also clearing your browser cache.

I was creating some fileds in the studio module.

I checked both logs (sugar.log and suitecrm.log) and they have no info about today, and this problem started today 100%.

The permissions are set correctly.

I cleaned cache, I even tried in other pc’s and had the same result.

I’ve noticed 1 thing, this is only happening in the administrator module and in the aos_quotes module, I double checked his permissions, but there was nothing strange.

what does your Apache/php log say?

I do not have access to that log.

you should ask your provider. Normally they would give you the log so that you can debug. Additionally you may turn errors and warnings on so that you have an idea of what is causing this error.

Have you tried with a different language? At least does it display correctly in English?

It happens in every language!

I’ll turn the errors on and if I don’t see anything then I’ll contact with my provider.

I saw something weird, in the /cache folder, the folders xml and htmlclean does not exist, in other crms that I have, these folders contains some files, so maybe this is the problem, I also cleaned cache(remove this folder and enter the pageweb) but these folders still not created.

Are you sure that permissions are set correctly?

The fact that some folders are missing in the cache folder is a sympton of the system not able to write to that directory.

Would you double check please. Just reset them to the correct values.

Additionally: if you have set your cron jobs, you have to make sure that they are run by the same system user / group as SuiteCRM or else you may end up with permissions issues.

You may also try to go to Admin->Repair->Quick Repair and Rebuild
