I have uploaded a greek language pack, which i had made in the past for sugarcrm 6.5.x . I seems to work fine but only when i deactivate ajax from system settings.
Is ajax compatible with languages other than English?

Did you make a quick repair and rebuild after installing language?
Also note there are many differences on languages from sugar to suite packs.
