After upgrading to SuiteCRM 8.1.2, Admin Module Loader shows a white page

This instance of SuiteCRM 8.1.2 is able to read the database, but when I was going to add a Language Pack in Module Loader:
Admin >> Module Loader loads a white page (see image 1)

The browser developers console shows an error:
“Failed to load resource: The server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”

I also noticed I cannot upload an image within the Email Template. So I guess these issues could be related.

Have you encountered this Module Loader Error after any upgrade?

As I had not the possibility to upload the language package and the logo from the Adminitrative section, this is how I was able to upload the logo on the login page and the package language.

  1. Inside the folder /public/legacy/upload/upgrades/langpack, I uploaded the language package.
    2.- In the Administration area, in General Settings I unabled and able back the package language.
    3.- For the logo, I also created a folder: /public/legacy/upload/tmp_logo_company_upload and uploaded the logo as a .jpg file.
