After upgrade cannot download log anymore

From the Diagnostic Tool we cannot download the log anymore.

Getting this error while rights are 775 on cache

Couldn’t copy suitecrm.log to cacheDir.

Which version you upgraded to?

upgraded from 8.7.1 to 8.8.0

Tried there. It is not even executing anything. That installation also has a lot of issues and so SLOW.
