After preflight and file copying process screen goes blank. Upgrade from 7.8.27 to 7.10

Hello everyone.
I am trying to upgrade a SuiteCRM installation currently using version 7.8.27 to 7.12.
Following the availability of upgrade packages, my first step was upgrading to 7.10.x (tried the package to upgrade to 7.10.35 and 7.10.33 and both have the same behavior)
The issue is that while upgrading, everything seems to work fine until after the successful Preflight Check. After the preflight check, I select NEXT and I briefly get a progress bar with the message “File Copying process” and then the progress bar disappears and I am presented a blank suitecrm page.

The upgradewizard.log last line simply states “pre_install() done” nothing else happens.

Any suggestions on a course of action so that I can upgrade the SuiteCRM ?

Hi,

I believe we had that problem when upgrading from 7.8 to 7.10.27 and found out we could upgrade first to 7.10.25, then to a later version.
Maybe you could try that.
