Everything working fine, I have changed the SugarCRM version 6.5.21 in Config.php and sugar_version.php. and my .htaccess also correctly configured

Run a quick repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair.
Ensure permissions are set correctly.
Upgrade the charts/htaccess files as suggested via the warnings.
