I upload the files to the shared server, into my domain hosting account. Extract. Everything is okay.
I follow the steps of the install process, everything is okay. I get the database linked, everything okay.
I click the very LAST button on the setup to complete the install and get:
Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Error message:
/services/users/zstorage1p1/snowite/www/spill-genie.net/crm/SuiteCRM-7.11.15/.htaccess: Option SymLinksIfOwnerMatch not allowed here

I cannot view any of the pages, they all say the same error message. I can edit the pages from the server, but don’t know what to edit to get it working.
I did save the log screens from that actual install. I have done this 3 times now, all with the same results.
