After exporting field is blank

Hi,

Can someone help me with the report export function. Because I want to filter out one of the service checkbox when I export a report, however, a particular service is showing in the search result but when I export that specific field it is blank in my csv( excel file)

Please Help

I don’t find any problems with export.
If you use Studio the field should be Importable=Yes.

Thank you for your response, and you are correct, in the list view function is working. However, my question is regarding the Report Module.

When I am viewing from the frontend the check box is showing with relevant records. But when export those records in my exported excel file check field is blank, instead of finding 1/0 I have only blanks.

I tested module Report in two version of SuiteCRM (7.10.22 & 7.11.15). There didn’t find the problem.

There is the bug ( Fixed #2531 ). It fixed in version 7.10.15. Look at here: https://docs.suitecrm.com/admin/releases/7.10.x/#_7_10_15
