After change Server from IP to hostname I can not login


After we installed SuitCRM we assign the IP to a dns entry

now when I try to log using the new domain name it does not recognize the user and give the message
“You have been logged out because your session has expired.”
“You must specify a valid username and password”

But when login using the IP the user login. I tried it from different servers.

Try a Quick Repair and Rebuild to clear server-side cache.

Then check your config.php, values site_url and host_name
