Advanced Reporting

Hi,

I would like to create some reports that could potentially involve multiple record types and the use of ‘grooup by’ clause, and other… For example I’d like to know the number of weekly visits done ​​by my employees, to certain types of customers (like leads, or other …) and then relate them with a budget of X visits per week. I’d also like to see some charts related. SuiteCRM reporting module seems not to be adeguate for advanced reporting, so:

  1. what solutions would you recommend?
  2. Does somebody have success with zuckerReports (is still active?) and jasperstudio 5.5 with suiteCRM ?

Mario,

I’m a long-time user of ZuckerReports and have recently moved from 6.5.2 up to SuiteCRM. The reporting works just fine for me and I like the power/flexibility offered by JasperReports (the engine under ZuckerReports).

However, I don’t get the impression that ZuckerReports is widely used anymore but we’re OK with it for now.

  1. Which release of ZuckerReports do you have?

  2. Are you currently using ireport 5.5 or jasper studio 5.5?

  3. Which version of java?
