I am working in an organization where there are two sets of people who have different email address. One is from Gmail.com and the other from One.com. Both of them use the company CRM. Now my challenge is whether or not I can integrate both the email service providers in CRM. I could configure GMAIL as the email provider. How can I add the One.com as well.
You would only be able to set up one set of credentials in Admin -> Email Settings for Outgoing email but can configure multiple inbound mailboxes in both Emails module with each user and Admin -> Inbound Email.
So you mean to say if I have two users, userA who uses Gmail and UserB who uses Yahoo, both of them will be able to send mail via only one account i.e. either Gmail or Yahoo correct?
