Additional Account Information

We just installed SuiteCRM and it works great. My only problem is that our new sales guy wants to be able to track certain data about each account, number of employees, revenue, number of servers/desktops as well as personal info such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Typical salesman type stuff.

Other programs that I have used in the past would generally have a whole bunch of fields that are customize-able. Every salesman I have ever known has wanted to track these kinds of things, so I find it hard to believe that its not in there somewhere, so I wonder if I am missing it, or it just not there?

Fields can be customised/added utilising the ‘Studio’ tool in Admin -> Studio.
