Adding fields in activity subpanel

I am using suitecrm 8.6

I want to add one custom field from calls module in activities subpanel of accounts

But I had to create field with same name in tasks, meetings and calls to show in activities subpanel

Is that the only way to show it in suite8 because in suite7 we had to add only in calls. It was sufficient

Maybe you need to add relationship between modules.

Then go to subpanel and make field default.
