Adding contact name, title and telephone number to the call record

Hi,

I have been asked the question from my team if it is possible to add a contact’s name, title and telephone number to a call record on rescheduled calls to avoid the need to leave the record.

How could this be achieved and is it practical?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Where you log call, on Contact module / subpanel activity ?
You will these field required ?
