Adding additional security groups to opportunities and accounts

CRM is adding other security groups to accounts and opportunities than the people that are working them are part of.

I think SuiteCRM just keep adding security groups when you assign a different user to the record. One way to solved will be vía before save logic hook to check on the security groups and delete the ones that are not needed.

the person assigned to never changes and they are creating and working the opps and accounts themselves. Anyone working on them is also apart of the same secuirty group

Have you checked your roles to restrict access accordingly?

I just removed all the role inheritances. So far seems to be working. Thank you!
