Remove the plain text configuration file for the standard rich templates provided elsewhere.

Accept this meeting, Tentatively Accept this meeting, and Decline this meeting links don’t work for many e-mail clients. If it is not possible to add templates to meetings, is it possible to have HTML options?

But, templates! Templates would be super.
