Add/attach a Document into Employee tab

Hey everyone, I was wondering if it is possible to be able to somehow have the employment contract of each employee somehow added or attached in the subpanel of each employee.

Or would it make more sense if there were a different Document category called Employee Contracts and everything could be stored there?
The first option seems more elegant, is it doable though?

We are using version 7.11.8, Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

The studio does not show an option to add Relationship with the Employee module so either do it via code to add a Relationship/subpanel with Documents or adding a File field in the Employees if there is only one Doc to be uploaded.
