The activity monitor can not be save in the German language pack. Under the English language pack, this works. What can we do?

What is the activity monitor? Can you describe the exact steps to produce the error?
And what is your version of SuiteCRM? Did you install the appropriate language pack and run a Quick Repair and Rebuild?
