Activity History Subpanel Item Summary/Gist

We are looking to see more detail like the outlook email preview where the first couple lines of the description of the call, meeting, email is displayed so that a user can easily hone in on the activity information they would like to explore rather than opening up every one to find a peice of information.

Is this feature being considered?
Has you already seen it addressed by someone?


I think people normally do this with fields on the List view - just add a description field there. If necessary, have some extra code to grab your 2 lines of an email into that field.

Also sometimes the really simple solution in employee guidelines - tell them to make the Task (or Call) subject lines include everything relevant so that you don’t have to click to open.
