Does anyone know which role controls whether the compose email option is shown in the the activities sub panel action menu, within a opportunity record?

I’ve had a look, and it appears as though the “Compose Email” button shows regardless of what Role Restrictions a user has.
However, the functionality of the button appears to be restricted by the “Edit” permission of the Email Module, on Roles.
It would make sense for the button to hide, if the functionality cannot be used, but perhaps it is simply an oversight?
Either way, it would definitely be worth raising it on our Github Repo as a Suggested Change/Minor Issue, to ensure it is logged/tracked
