I imported a number of Accounts/Contacts/Leads from Sugar CE.
When I look in Accounts, I do not see any of the associated Leads.
When I look in Leads, it appears that the Accounts field is empty and if I try to add it, it doesn’t seem to save.
When I do an Leads export from SuiteCRM, the “Account” column contains the accounts the Leads are associated too.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
i think you have a problem with the Account ID.
Have you make a Export from SugarCE.
Try to do this
First go to your SugarCE > Account > Export
Then go to SuiteCRM > Account > Import
this will upload all the account you have in SugarCE with ther AccountID
went you finish do the same step but in Leads
First go to your SugarCE > Leads > Export
Then go to SuiteCRM > Leads > Import
- deleted the accounts, contacts and leads from SUITECRM
- Exported the accounts, contacts, and leads from Sugar CE
- Imported the accounts, then contacts, then leads back in to SUITE CRM
- If I select a lead and go into the lead record the account information does not display
- If I do a search on a specific account, it returns all of the leads for that account - its just that the account name does not display in the account field. (see attached)
- If I do a export of all leads for a specific account, the export includes the account name.
- If I create a new lead in SUITE CRM, the account name does display on both the lead record and the search.
It seems to just be a issue with the display of the account field for my leads imported into SUITE CRM.
