Accounts and Trouble Tickets module not loading

If I click on “Accounts” or “Trouble Tickets” to see the LIST VIEW, I get a white blank screen.
All other modules load the list view correctly.

If I search for a specific account, everything works (detail / edit fiew, etc).

Are there permissions, or repairs, that are needed to ensure the modules load? What could I be missing here?

(I just upgraded to 7.9 today, and all else appears to be working fine).

There are other people with similar problems after the upgrade, though on different modules.

  1. Is this an English language version? If you have a language pack, make sure you upgrade it to 7.9 also.

  2. Then try a Quick Repair and Rebuild. When it ends, scroll down to the bottom to see if SQL updates are required, and apply them if that option is offered.

  3. Reset your permissions, if you know how to do it. If not, ask for help here.

  4. Then if nothing works, tell your versions of OS, database, PHP, and web server

  5. And check your logs for errors.

Centos 6.8, PHP Version 5.6.25, MySQL Version 5.6.35, Apache 2.4.23
