Account field while creating contact in new meeting

It is very practical to create a contact while creating a meeting. But, then you need to associate that contact/lead to an specific account.

Is it possible to add the account field (either if it’s a lead or a contact) to save a step afterwards?

It would be awesome to have this view available on studio so anyone can add any field they like.
