Hi to all, i’ve a question. My client ask me if it’s possible, when i create an account, if a value in a dropdown is selected, i send some mail after saved the account.
There is a way to do that?

I don’t know the exact details, you’ll have to experiment, but the general idea is this
- workflow for accounts module
- on save
- on new record
- condition: that dropdown thing
- action: send email
