Access rights of employees and accounts

Hello guys,
I’m trying to make each user only has access to your account. He may not have access to data from any other person.
I created a Role Management and enter a user in it, but the user still has access to the records of other employees and through the menu plus they have access to the registration of new accounts.
Also appearing are the new accounts that did login, how do I disable it?
What do I solve this?

This is used just for translations issues (I know… the name should also be changed!).
