Access Issues in China

Hi

This question is to the forum. I was wondering if there’s anyone that is using Suitecrm and hosting it outside of China?
Im based in Johannesburg South Africa and have a client in China using Suitecrm, they are unable to access Suitecrm unless they connect via VPN. We have checked with my local ISP and have even as far as whitelisting the customers IP on our server and confirmed that they are not blocked from us.

It could be the Great Firewall of China causing the issues and was wondering if theres a possible way around this besides the VPN issue or last resort , hosting the solution in China.

P.S there is no error that is generated, the loading page just does not load and a blank screen is presented instead.
