Hello guys went i try to upload a image in the EMail Template i get this error on the PopUp

How did you try to upload? And where does the error display? Sounds like a hosting issue.

How can I use a longer date format which includes the name of the month? For example, instead of 30/12/2014 I want 30-December-2014 or 30-December-2014.
