$acase_aop_case_updates_threaded

I have input the case updates threaded variable into an email template hoping that it will insert the all case updates into the email as a complete history of the case.

However, it is blank.

Should this work, or do you have any other advice on how to get all case updates into one email template? I am able to send them successfully one at a time, but when a case is closed I would like all history to be sent via email.

Also would like a solution to this

This does not exist as a feature. The case updates are separate records in the database. The variables mechanism does not have any code to retrieve and combine all of them.
