A case is created when closing case

I have a problem with
suitecrm when someone closes the case another one is created with the closed cases, how can I avoid this particular event or if it is an error

This is strange. I am betting that you have a logic hook or a Workflow reacting to the case closure and doing something else… I think it’s your own custom code doing this, is it possible?
