I upgraded to 7.10 and everything seems to go fine until the very end. It looks as though I have lost all the branding on the site, so no graphics or css.
Is there an easy fix for this?
There have been some problems with these upgrades, but we haven’t been able to figure out exactly what goes wrong for some people… 
You can try going into Admin / Repair and running a few repairs.
You can try checking your permissions, especially on the cache folder.
Or you can even delete the entire “cache/themes” folder, it will get recreated.

I had already been through the repair functions b4 posting here but that didn’t work.
However changing the permissions on the cache > themes folder from 755 to 775 did work.
