7.7.2 Upgrade, Failed To Make Favorites Work

I’m adding this as a new post, because it doesn’t seem to be getting any attention under its old heading of 7.4 favorites, and I’m worried that is because everyone just thinks people should upgrade. Something is wrong about the way that the upgrade path works (at least with certain versions along the way of the upgrade). If you do a fresh install of 7.7.2 it works fine, but if you upgrade from 7.3.x to 7.4.x to 7.6.x to 7.7.2, they don’t work.

Please review my troubleshooting so far, and make some suggestions…

7.4 Favourites - how do you filter listviews?

Thanks Cameron… and I would say the fix is to just copy the code from the non-custom to the custom locations as necessary. I think I documented that in my other thread which is linked to from this thread.
