Oops sad to hear that you are dealing with the issues since months. It is quite easy to migrate, there should not be any problem. You could also have tried installing the new SuiteCRM and import the data’s either csv or directly the sql queries. You may get in touch with us if need any help.
if you have no upgrades it should be as simple as getting a clean 7.2 and taking the config and upload folder from you 7.1 instance and running a quick repair and rebuild, the only other potential change you may have to make is to set the sugar version in the db to 6.5.20 in the config table,
as always take a back up and/or do it on a test copy first.
