In all of the layouts pages, such as Studio > Accounts > Layouts > EditView, the toolbox no longer operates with it’s own scroll bar as it did in previous versions.
The issue with this is when you have a lot of fields and you need to scroll both the layout design and the toolbar to find an item, you can’t drag that item into the layout because it’s off-screen.
