7.11.16 Email Compose Body is Missing

I just upgraded to 7.11.16 from 7.11.15 and when going into Compose Email the body field is missing.

I ran all the repair functions and even added this line to the config_override.php

$sugar_config[‘disableAjaxUI’] = true;

Logs show the following:

Wed Oct 28 18:37:04 2020 [2360][1][ERROR] EmailController::action_getFromFields() is Panicking: Reply-To address is not filled.

Wed Oct 28 18:37:04 2020 [2360][1][ERROR] Signature html not found!

Wed Oct 28 18:37:04 2020 [2360][1][ERROR] Signature plain text not found!

Wed Oct 28 18:37:29 2020 [2360][1][ERROR] error: no ieID

System
Centos 7.8
PHP 7.3.23
MariaDB 10.4.15

Any suggestions?

Got exactly same issue after upgrading to 7.11.16 also. Need a fix ASAP please.

Reading the changelog, I think it might have something to do with YUI3 JavaScript Library being removed.
