7.10.4: Selecting "All->Projects- Templates" results in Error window

The following error appears:

Line 54 in view.list.php is

class AM_ProjectTemplatesViewList extends ViewList{

Did quick repair and re-ran permissions fixes on server

Happens with both PHP 7.0 & 7.1

and a blank screen and nothing in the side bar for adding or viewing project templates

Turns out the “Project” module was hidden so now I can see projects, but still can’t create a Project Template
