7.1 Upgrade package did not create several new fields in the aos_invoice table, aow-conditions, and aow-workflow. Also the new search table was not created. Granted I’m running MSSQL so that logic may have been omitted.

Have you navigated to Admin -> Repair & Rebuild and executed the changes(scroll to bottom of the page).

On MSSQL the “Execute” often never works since most of the “fixes” for the DB are written in mysql (or a combination of both). They must be copied into MSSQL management tool and modified appropriately. I created the tables & fields myself - Just letting you know its a bug for MSSQL on upgrade.
