7.1.2 Upgrade Wizard blank screen

I am exp[erincing a number of problems with 7.1.2 and was really hoping that 7.1.3 would solve them. Problem is the UpgareWizard in 7.1.2 will not start - just a blank screen.

Hi Tony,

The errors in the error log should not cause the upgrade to fail, and are not errors I have seen before. If you hover over your username(top right) and click ‘About’, are you still on 7.1.2 or 7.1.3?

I’m still on Version 7.1.2 Sugar Version 6.5.17 (Build 1220). The upgrade wizard does not start, hence I cannot begin the upgrade.

is there anything in the apache error logs ? which would point to the cause of the problem ?

Hello. Same problem here. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Sign in as administrative user
  2. In Administration panel, System group, choose Upgrade Wizard.
  3. At Welcome screen, choose ‘Next>’
  4. Observe ‘System Check in Progress’ screen with barber pole.
  5. After a short delay, view blank workspace. Top menu continues to render. Center workspace is empty

Do you have anything in your sugarcrm.log ? or even the logs for the server, apache, mysql etc ?
